While viewing the Home page of MyFloridaHomesMLS.com, take notice of the row of flags depicting the various languages from their respective foreign countries. When a flag is clicked upon, the new page assumes the new language and the journey begins.
Users will be able to observe property features and descriptions in their language, with the exception of Public Remarks, which will remain as entered by the REALTOR® in MLXchange. Additionally, users will have the option to convert Square Foot measurements to the Metric System. They will even have the ability to covert the listing price from U.S. Dollars to the currency associated to the country's flag they chose in order to translate the listing information. Currency conversion rates are updated daily as a convenient, value-added benefit. So, for instance, if you have buyers from Germany, don't hesitate to send them to MyFloridaHomesMLS.com (or, better yet, your Custom Link—"MyFloridaHomesMLS.com/your-name") so they can search for properties in the German language. 2) Proxio Profile Page (included in your MFRMLS membership) MFRMLS Members have the opportunity to brand themselves as an international real estate specialist.
