Help us congratulate Jennifer Thompson-Kersting as she begins her new position as the Director of Marketing and Education for My Florida Regional MLS. Her recent promotion will coalesce two functions at MFRMLS—education and training with sales and marketing. By combining these efforts, MFRMLS is able to enhance its offerings to its members.

Working as a Trainer and Training Manager for the past two years at MFRMLS, Jennifer has become an expert in "all things MFR." Her passion for training, depth of knowledge in the products and services and her understanding of the real estate business from a practitioner's point-of-view has made her a valuable asset to My Florida Regional MLS.

Prior to joining MFRMLS in January 2008, Jennifer brings more than ten years of experience in sales and training from Automated Regional Information Systems, an MLS-related technology company. She also possesses a real estate license.

Jennifer enjoys training and meeting members face-to-face. She often encourages agents to try to "stump the trainer"—a credit to her and her knowledgeable training team. She is a fan of the Baltimore Ravens football team and enjoys her free time with her husband, Frank, and son, Bobby, in beautiful Punta Gorda.
