My Florida Commercial Real Estate

My Florida Commercial Real Estate (MFCRE)—premiered in January 2010. This full-functioning Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) offers real estate agents a complete suite of products and services including a powerful search database, a comprehensive marketing engine, a social networking platform and a commercial property search engine with national exposure.

Developed by industry leader Catylist, MFCRE integrates a public interface for companies, investors and other allied professionals seeking commercial real estate availabilities, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, vacant land and business opportunities.

Two Subscription Options

In January 2010, we launched My Florida Commercial Real Estate (MFCRE) to cater to commercial real estate agents. To meet the needs of all members, we have designed two subscription options.

MFRMLS—This our most widely used subscription. Powered by MLXchange, this Internet based engine is used primarily for residential listings. Agents who also list commercial properties on a limited basis may also use this service.
My Florida Commercial Real Estate—Launched January 4, 2010, this new Commercial Information Exchange provides a comprehensive search database and marketing engine for commercial real estate agents.
