Three Levels of Service

In January 2010, we launched a new subscription model to meet the different needs of our member-subscribers. With three levels of service, you pay for the service that suits you best. These categories include:

• MFRMLS—This our most widely used subscription. Powered by MLXchange, this Internet based engine is used primarily for residential listings. Agents who also list commercial properties on a limited basis may also use this level of service.
• My Florida Commercial Real Estate—Launched January 4, 2010, this new Commercial Information Exchange provides a comprehensive search database and marketing engine for commercial real estate agents.
• My Florida Total Access—Providing access to both databases, My Florida Total Access offers cost savings by bundling residential and commercial services.
